BCST is a holistic touch therapy that touches deeply into your physiology, allows the nervous system to settle and creates space for profound inner healing and transformation! BCST uses a gentle, therapeutic touch that allows the practitioner to access the inherent healing power of the body! BCST honors the bodies innate intelligence and through deep listening, the “health” in the system is encouraged to express itself and revitalize.
What to expect from a session:
Your appointment will last 1 hour. The session includes 45 - 50 minutes on the massage table, fully clothed. We will spend time before and after the session discussing your experience.
